We're looking for Retail planning manager

Responsibilities:

  • Increasing KT&G sales through effective use of company tools by field staff
  • Setting tasks for field structure employees
  • Preparing instructions for a period (month/quarter)
  • Assessing the implementation of KPIs and mandatory tasks by field employees
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the set KPIs and implemented motivational programs

Development and implementation of a field structure performance assessment system:
- Creation of training programs
- Development and maintenance of motivation programs
- Communication with related departments
- Creation of reports for the field structure
- Development of questionnaires for working with retail outlets

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in performing the above tasks in FMCG company: 5+ (tobacco industry is a priority)
  • Strong conversational English
  • High education
  • Advanced PC skills (professional in Excel, and Power Point, we'll teach you the rest)
