I perform scientific examination of star-up projects for Skolkovo Fund at theirs various rounds.

1) Deputy head of R&D project with budjet of 300 mln.rubles. I was responsible for interactions with co-contractors of the project. 2) Lead of group of engineers. 3) R&D in harvestres of ambient energy.

1) I developed "Microelectronics" business direction. I searched for attractive projects (GHz, RFID, MEMS etc), and pushed them forward. 2) I integrated of the sub-companу microelectronic fab "Micron" with other sub-companies of JST "RTI". I have found and initiated 3 projects for it. 3) I performed sсientific expert examinations of incoming projects from Russia and a broads. Sometime I had business trips over Russia and West Europe to examine start-up companies. 4) I also representated my company on Project committee of Dubna Nanotechnological Center, RusNano, International conferences for IoT, delegation to China in Huawei, etc.

• I had accomplished project for creation of micro-satellit's optical sensor for solar-oriented attitude. I have also set up new clean room for photolithography and other new micro-technological equipments. Beside, I took part in project for applications colloid quantum dots where I set up a new facility for supercritical micronization. I shared my skills with young researchers and trained them. I was preparing proposals and contacting with partners in other companies.

• I participated in Japan-German project about integrations of MEMS and CMOS technologies working with metallic glasses, nano-pores polymers etc.

• I was involved in a project for development of laser beam IR-to-green optical converter based on non-linear optical crystals using some microfabrications in clean room as an experimentalist.

• Here I was working in Opto-Mechatronic Project for research and development of Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanical-Systems based on new principles. I proposed, developed and patented new 3D display: Laser breakdown liquid coloured volumetric display. My works also included research of laser breakdown phenomena inside liquids, and also supervision over Japanese student for his diploma thesis.

• Here I have experimentally developed a new class of self-assembling micro-mirrors for integrated micro-optics that is known as “micro-origami”. Then I`ve joined to a project for R&D of a semiconductor chip with imbedded laser micro-gyroscope. I worked over technology of fabrication of near-infrared semiconductor lasers too. I have proposed and patented a new concept of gyroscope: Electron-wave nano-gyroscope from carbon materials.

• This period I was working over my Ph.D. dissertation. The topic was fabrication and investigation of a new class of nano-objects: InGaAs/GaAs nano-tubes and nano-spirals with diameters down to 2 nm. I developed new methods for precise nano-structuring based on usage of these tubes with selective MBE, dry etching and supercritical drying. I proposed and tested new method of etching in supercritical fluid for nano-fabrication.

• Here I worked over research and development of optical multi-layered interference coatings (mirrors, filters) using electron-beam evaporation facility.

I researched superconductivity in new polycrystal materials in my experiments.
