Duties and Responsibilities: - management of the project team, distribution of orders between PMs, project milestones control, cost and budget accounting; - control and assistance to the logistic manager in organization of internal logistics of materials and equipment (timely delivery of supplies to construction sites at the request of PMs), shipment of paid goods; - control and assistance to tender specialist in preparation of commercial proposals, contracts; - monitoring of financial situation - control of payment and billing, execution of closing documents, timely repayment of accounts receivable, availability of operating capital; - working time and payroll accounting; - maintenance of the current activity of the company (timely payment of telephone and internet bills, supplying of necessary tools for working brigades); - solution of personnel issues, help PMs in selecting subcontractors.

Security and communication systems (BAS, CCTV, ACS, T&A, SCS and etc.). Duties and Responsibilities: - technical and organizational support of construction Project Managers and Maintenance Managers; - contructors and suppliers tendering, preparation of contracts; - execution of contract, budget implementation, deadlines; - technical and organizational decision making; - control over internal technical procedures and regulations; - control over building and assembly work (directing full cycle of construction project within scope of responsibility), acceptance of work; - cooperation with related departments (internal customers) at design, assembly and maintenance stages; - technical and financial audit (adherence to Company policies, security standards, and operational protocols). Results of activity: • More than 50 stores opened in Moscow, St. Petersburg and regions of Russia; • Expenses on security equipment and installation works reduced in half as part of the costs reducing project for stores construction and renovation; • Agreements reached to increase the warranty period for the equipment for MMS projects up to two years; • Holding regular competitions for the selection of contractors has led to the formation of a pool of the most reliable contractors with the best bids; • Standardization of requirements for security systems in MM stores Russia held together with European colleagues; • Transition from analog CCTV to IP equipment.

Development department engineer: - preparation of commercial proposals for low-current systems; - offer negotiations. Purchase specialist: - work with vendors (billing, preparation of orders, monitoring timely delivery); - purchasing of materials and equipment for construction sites according to design list.

Chief engineer: - production process management; - contracts preparation; - control over timely payments. Head of maintenance service: - maintenance contracts preparation; - working up technical regulations, maintenance work management; - control over timely payments. Electrical engineer for security systems: - preparation of commercial proposals; - setting tasks to the design team, checking results; - starting-up installed security systems.
