1. Registration the company in electronic trade platforms (ETP), receiption and using of an digital signature for trade procedures; monitoring of the tender legislation. 2. Monitoring and selection of announced trade procedures, to study tender documentations, to prepare and submit applications for selected trade procedures. 3. Charging in and withdrawal funds from the company`s security accounts. 4.Taking part in electronic trade procedures, monitoring of the results, filing complaints to regulatory authorities in case of need. 5. Drafting the contracts with customer and contractors. 4. Maintain statistics and analysis of the results of trade procedures. 5. Correspondence with foreign suppliers, interaction with consulting companies.

1. Organization and planning workflow in my group. 2. Monitoring and analysis an individual and team statistics (loading, capacity, timing) of collateral managers in the bank network, analysis of the collateral portfolio. 3. Monitoring and maintenance of the collateral management system: data correctness, timely input and updating of an information. 4. Methodological work and collateral consulting, including the Collatral HelpDesk maintenance, conduct trainings and certification activities for collateral managers. 5. Participation in the the problems loans committee (small and micro enterprises) as voting member. 6. Analysis of the evaluation reports of independent appraisers. 7. Analysis and approval of typical collateral evaluation and monitoring reports on the next criteria: completeness of discribing information, analysis of the title deeds, market analysis, quality of an evaluation process (applied approaches and methods, correctness of calculations and conclusions concerning to the final market value and liquidity), recommended discount, definition for the Basel II eligibility criteria, precedent and subsequent conditions to accept considering property as collateral. 8. Interaction with external the contractors (appraisal, insurance, surveyor companies) and other bank departments/divisions concerning to collateral workflow in the network in beyond of my authority. 9. Business trips to the branches for the collateral portfolio inspection. 10. Interview with the applicants.
